workforce in Australia and New Zealand.

Chief Executive Officer.

Currently, the Board has one female member.
Objectives for gender diversity
The Company has an aspirational objective of increasing diversity
within its workforce and is in the process of identifying specific
objectives. Divisional input will be sought on the level and timeline
for measureable objectives and will be disclosed in the next
Corporate Governance report.
The Company has made considerable progress in relation to the new
ASX Recommendations on diversity but does not consider that it
complied in full with Recommendation 3.2, 3.3, 3.4 or 3.5 during the
reporting period due to the desire to set in place a robust and well
considered position on the ASX Recommendations on diversity.
