1 The number of performance rights disclosed for executive directors and Senior Executives represents performance rights held by the trustee of the EPSP and therefore benefcial entitlement to some of those shares remains subject to satisfaction of specifed performance hurdles.

2 For executive directors and Senior Executives compensation includes shares held under the EPSP. These shares are recorded in Suncorp-Metway Ltd’s share register in the name of the EPSP Trustee and vest only when performance hurdles are met. 5,132 shares vested during the 2010 fnancial year. The remuneration disclosure includes the fair value of the shares amortised over the vesting period.
