Australia. John was subsequently
involved as Senior Vice President
of Operations with Travel Services
International, a NASDAQ listed
Company which successfully
completed a roll-up of 23 leisure
travel companies.

Andrew became a Director of the
original Flexirent business in 1991.
He was appointed a Director of the
Company in November 2006. Andrew
is an experienced commercial and tax
lawyer and was a founding partner in
a legal frm operating in both Sydney
and Melbourne. Following several
years in property investment and tax
consulting, he became involved in the
Flexirent business in 1991 and until
2003 was Chief Executive Ofcer.
