1 To receive and adopt the report of the Trustee-Manager, the Statement by the Trustee-Manager and the Audited Financial Statements of Treasury China Trust for the period ended 31 December 2010 and the Auditors’ Report thereon.

2 Re-appointment KPMG LLP as the Independent Auditors, to hold office until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting, and to authorise the Trustee-Manager to fix their’ remuneration.

3 To authorise the Trustee-Manager to issue new Units in Treasury China Trust subject to limits, and to make or grant convertible instruments.
