He commenced his employment in 1981 with Rankine and
Hill, a consulting engineering firm in Brisbane, Australia.
In 1985, he joined Bank of New Zealand in the Corporate
and Real Estate Financing Division and in 1989, Mr. David
began his employment with Macquarie Bank in their then
newly-created Real Estate Investment Banking Division.
Prior to his decision to leave Macquarie Bank in 1992
to star t his own real estate business, Mr. David was
involved in numerous public and private equity real estate
transactions in addition to establishing a Syndicated Equity
business which acquired on behalf of Macquarie Bank and
third party equity providers under-performing commercial
real estate for repositioning, refurbishment and resale.
Mr. Dav id graduated f rom Queens land Uni vers i t y of
Technology in 1986 with a Bachelor of Business Degree.

Upon graduating with a PhD from the University of East
Anglia, England, UK in 1987, Dr. Tan joined the banking
sector as a treasury manager and served as secretary
to the Assets and Liabilities Committee for three years,
thereafter he taught at the Department of Economics and
Statistics, National University of Singapore from 1990 to
1993. Dr. Tan joined Nanyang Technological University in
1993 and was Associate Dean, Graduate Studies Of fice,
from 2007 to 2009. He is now the Co-Director of the Asia
Competi tiveness Insti tute in Lee Kuan Yew School of
Public Policy, National University of Singapore.
Dr. Tan has consulted extensively with various government
mi n i st r i es, statutor y boards and government l i nked
companies of the Singapore Government including the
Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Trade & Industry, Ministry
of Manpower, Housing & Development Board, Civil Aviation
Authority of Singapore, Singapore Tourism Board, Trade
Development Board, Maritime Port Authority, Ministry of
Information, Culture & Arts, Media Development Authority,
Ministry of Environment and Water Resources, Singapore
Design Counci l, Ministr y of Communi ty Development,

Mr. Jen is a Public Accountant, Singapore, and is the sole
proprietor of Jen Shek Voon PAS, a public accounting firm
that provides specialized financial and business advisory
ser v ices, and a Fel low of the Singapore Inst i tute of
Directors.
Mr. Jen currently sits on the board of directors of a number
of publicly-listed companies in Singapore, Malaysia and
the Hong Kong Special Administrat ive Region as an
independent and non-executive director.
Mr. Jen is a practicing member of the Institute of Certified
Publ ic Accountants Singapore, the Br i t ish Computer
Society, and the Inst i tute of Internal Audi tors. He is
also a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants
in Austral ia, the Taxation Institute of Austral ia and the
Association of Char tered Cer ti f ied Accountants in the
United Kingdom.
Mr. Jen graduated from the University of Singapore in 1970
with a Bachelor of Accountancy (Honours) degree and
received a Masters (Honours) degree from the University of
New South Wales, Sydney, Australia in 1975.

Mr. Horney is Chairman of Real Estate Opportunities plc
which is listed on the London Stock Exchange, Irish Stock
Exchange and Channel Islands Stock Exchange. He is also
a Chairman of Nordic Land plc which is listed on London’s
AIM. He is Vice-Chairman of Sandyport Development Co.
Limited, a private property company in Nassau, Bahamas,
and holds directorships in Havenview Investments Limited
and Castle Market Holdings Limited.
Mr. Horney founded and was Chairman and Managing
Director of Rayford Supreme Holdings plc, a UK retai l
group l isted on the London Stock Exchange in 1983,
which was acqui red in an agreed takeover by Harr is
Queensway plc in 1985. Mr. Horney was also Chairman
of Rayford Holdings Ltd., a development and investment
group based in England which was sold in 1994. In 1989,
he became Chairman of St James Beach Hotels, a group
of five hotels in Barbados, which was listed on the London
Stock Exchange and Barbados Stock Exchange in 1994.
Mr. Horney then took on the added responsibi l i ty of
Managing Director in 1995. The group was then purchased
by Elegant Hotels in an agreed takeover in 1997.
