Proactive Unitholder Engagement
In addition to making timely disclosure of information, the
IR team also strived to maintain close communication with
shareholders and investors. Throughout the year, TCT:
• Pa r t i c i pated i n IR con f e rences and exh i b i t i ons
organized by securities companies, as well as holding
quarterly operating results briefings for analysts and
inst i tut ional investors in the UK, Hong Kong and
Singapore
• Held four formal and numerous informal institutional
unitholder briefings across Europe and Asia in addition
to direct addresses to wealth managers covering the
bulk of TCT’s retail unitholder base
• Organized an Analysts Tour attended by 12 equity
research analysts from 9 Asian based research houses
prov iding unprecedented access to management
and assets, including 2 separate presentations by
independent real estate research companies to ensure
a balanced view of the market relative to TCT’s own
positioning
• Sponsored and participated in the Inaugural Corporate
Governance Week 2011 run by the Securities Investors
Associations (SIAS) in Singapore
• Organized an Investor Visit attended by 9 Institutional
Investors to Shanghai and Qingdao
