The Trust was formally admitted to the Official List of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited
(“SGX-ST”) on 21 June 2010 by way of introduction. The number of share options granted to Mr. Barrett
exceeded 10% of the shares available under the CREO Share Scheme. Such share options were replaced by
the equivalent Forterra Options under the Forterra Unit Option Scheme. Notwithstanding the number of
units available to Mr. Barrett exceeds 10% of the units available under the Forterra Unit Option Scheme, the
participation of Mr. Barrett in the Forterra Unit Option Scheme was disclosed in the introductory document
dated 21 June 2010 and approved at the Extraordinary General Meeting of CREO held on 7 June 2010.
None of the Forterra Options that have been granted were exercised during the financial year.
A total of 575,000 Forterra Options were granted during the year. None of these were granted at a
discount to the market price of the units at the date of the grant.
There are a total of 7,460,000 Forterra Options outstanding at 31 December 2012.
