Chen’s Group International Limited (“Chen’s Group”) is deemed interested in the units registered
in the name of New Precise Holdings Limited (“New Precise”) in Forterra Trust, through Nan
Fung International Holdings Limited (“NFI”) (which is wholly-owned by Chen’s Group); which in
turn holds Nan Fung Group Holdings Limited (“NFG”) (which is wholly-owned by NFI); which in
turn holds Golden Anchor Holdings Limited (“Golden Anchor”) (which is wholly-owned by NFG);
which in turn holds View Far Management Limited (“View Far”) (which is wholly-owned by Golden
Anchor”). New Precise is wholly-owned by View Far. Chen Wai Wai Vivien; Lee Angelina Pui Ling;
Wong Anna Suk-Han and Wong Wai Pat are the executors of the estate of the late Mr. Chen Din
Hwa, which holds deemed interest in Forterra Trust through Chen’s Group. Each of Chen’s Group,
NFI, NFG, Golden Anchor, View Far, the estate of the late Mr. Chen Din Hwa and the executors
does not hold any interest in units in Forterra Trust other than through New Precise.

In the provision of prime brokerage services to the beneficial owners, Credit Suisse Securities
(Europe) Limited has the rights of use of the 25,675,245 units held in Forterra Trust and registered
in the name of Raffles Nominees Pte Ltd, and is deemed to have an interest in such units. Credit
Suisse Group AG (“CSGAG”) is deemed interested in the 25,675,245 units registered in the name
of Raffles Nominees Pte Ltd through Credit Suisse AG (which is the subsidiary of CSGAG); which
in turn holds Credit Suisse Investments (UK) (which is a subsidiary of Credit Suisse AG); which
in turn holds Credit Suisse Investment Holdings (UK) (which is a subsidiary of Credit Suisse
Investments (UK)), and Credit Suisse Securities (Europe) Limited is a subsidiary of Credit Suisse
Investment Holdings (UK). Each of CSGAG, Credit Suisse AG, Credit Suisse Investments (UK)
and Credit Suisse Investment Holdings (UK) does not hold any interests in units in Forterra Trust
other than through Credit Suisse Securities (Europe) Limited.

The Trustee-Manager was informed that the asset management activities of APG Algemene
Pensioen Groep NV were transferred to APG Asset Management N.V. (“APG AM”) on 3 January
2014 by operation of Dutch law. As a result of this, APG AM has become a substantial unitholder
of Forterra Trust and APG Algemene Pensioen Groep NV has ceased to be a substantial unitholder
of Forterra Trust. The 21,985,397 units in Forterra Trust in which APG AM has a direct interest
are registered in the name of DBS Nominees Pte. Ltd.
