the Hong Kong Stock Exchange,
as well as a Committee Member
of the Shanghai Committee
of Chinese People’s Pol itical
Consultative Conference (since
2012) and of the All-China Youth
Federation, and a Council Member
of the Hong Kong United Youth
Association (since 2010). He did
not serve on the boards of any
other listed companies in the
preceding three years, and had
no other principal commitments
except for his appointments in
Forterra Trust and the NF Group.
Mr. Cheung graduated from the
University of California, Berkeley,
with honours in Molecular and Cell
Biology in 2003.
He is connected to the ultimate
beneficial owner of a substantial
unitholder of Forterra Trust and of
the Trustee-Manager.
Mr. Nelson TANG Chun Wai

Appointed 22 November 2013
Mr. Tang is the Vice President
(Investments) with NFD and in
this role, he leads the sourcing,
eva luat ion, execut ion and
management of real estate and
other related deals, as well as
other investment activities and
capital market exercises for the
NF Group in the People’s Republic
of China (“PRC”).
He has considerable experience
in PRC, including Bei j ing,
Shanghai, Hangzhou, Shenyang,
Chengdu , Chongqi ng and
Shenzhen, with key relationships
established with certain local and
nationwide developers in PRC.
At NF, he oversaw the debut
US$ Guaranteed Notes issuance
which are listed on the SGX-ST
and achieved investment-grade
ratings from S&P, Moody’s and
Fitch. He also led and steered the
acquisition of the 29.98% stake in
Forterra Trust and of the entire
stake in the Trustee-Manager and
the Property-Manager across the
various jurisdictions in Hong Kong,
Singapore, Ireland and PRC. Prior
to joining the NF Group in August
2010, he was with Goldman Sachs
Asia LLC (July 2008 – July 2010).
He subsequently rose through
the ranks to become the Vice
President (China Property at NFD)
and since July 2013, as the Vice
President (Investments) at NFD.
Mr. Tang currently serves as non-
executive director of the board
of the companies within Forterra
Trust and as director or alternate
director in several subsidiaries of
Nan Fung International Holdings
Limited. He does not sit on
the board of any other listed
companies. He did not serve on the
boards of other listed companies in
the preceding three years, and had
no other principal commitments
except for his appointments in
Forterra Trust and the NF Group.
Mr. Tang graduated with a
Bachelor of Science in Economics,
summa cum laude, from the
Wharton School of the University
of Pennsylvania.
