Mr. Ding graduated from the
University of Cal i fornia, Los
Angeles with a Bachelor of Arts in
Economics and Political Science.
Mr. Ding holds a Juris Doctor
degree from Columbia University’s
School of Law and a Masters
degree in Business Administration
from National Chengchi University.
Mr. Ding was admitted to the New
York State Bar in 1993.
Ms. Mariam IM
Chief Financial Officer
Ms. Mariam Im is the Chief
Financial Officer of the Trustee-
Manager ,
respons i b l e
for
overseeing Forterra Trust ’ s
functions in accounting, finance,
tax and investor relations.
Ms. Im has over 20 years of
professional experience in financial
management. Prior to joining
the Trustee-Manager, she was
Director, Financial Management
and Treasury of Hong Kong
Disneyland. During the twelve
years with Hong Kong Disneyland,
she oversaw a wide range of
finance functions extending from
planning and budgeting, financial
advisory and capital projects
management to risk and treasury
management. As the very first
staff member of Hong Kong
Disneyland, she was instrumental
in the successful establishment
of the finance structure and the
development of the organization.
Prior to her role with Hong Kong
Disneyland. Ms. Im was with
Pr icewaterhouseCoopers and
gained an extensive experience
in providing audit and business
advisory services to l isted
companies and multinationals.
Ms. Im received her Master of
Business in Accountancy from
University of Royal Melbourne
Institute of Technology and
Bachelor of Commerce from
Uni vers i ty of Wol longong,
Australia. She is a member of CPA
Australia and a member of Hong
Kong Institute of Certified Public
Accountants.
