Fleetwood Enterprises, Inc., a Fortune 1000 company listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the trading symbol FLE, is the nation’s largest producer of recreational vehicles and a leading builder and retailer of manufactured housing. The Company has its headquarters in Riverside, California, about 45 miles east of Los Angeles. Fleetwood employs approximately 13,500 people throughout the United States and Canada.

Established in 1950 to build travel trailers, Fleetwood’s business quickly evolved to building “long trailers,” or mobile homes, in factories. In 1964, the Company re-entered the RV business with the acquisition of the Terry Travel Trailer Company. Fleetwood now manufactures a wide variety of recreational vehicle products including motor homes, travel trailers, folding camping trailers and slide-in truck campers. The Company’s production of quality manufactured housing has also made it one of the nation’s largest homebuilders. Also, Fleetwood’s supply operations provide fiberglass and lumber products to its core businesses and outside customers.
