Passed budget on May 30 including:
- $190 million for continuing contracts (residual or back-list market)
- $145 million for vocational and technical products
- Had been adopted a couple of years ago but not funded for purchasing in 2004
Adjourned without funding current adoption
- Represents about $350 million of 2005’s new state adoption market of $900 million
