Rural Cellular Corporation is built on partnerships, with each partner contributing to a rich mix of knowledge and resources. RCC partners include a dedicated workforce, a loyal customer base, supportive shareholders, conscientious suppliers and appre- ciative communities. These five key relationships allow RCC to innovate, grow and profit.

Rural Cellular Corporation has proven itself to be technology advanced, market savvy and operationally sophisticated. But it shows its rural roots in the way it treats its many partners, believing that human values allow everyone to share in the benefits of success.

A small part of what RCC returns to its partners is service to the community. In the past several years this has included being a member of the team that brought wireless communications to two Minnesota schools as part of a nationwide effort to bring the greatest productivity tool of the 20th century to American students. RCC also contributes cellular equipment and airtime time to the Wireless Alliance for Safe Families, a program to assist families of domestic violence. RCC also diligently conducts educational endeavors promoting the safe use of wireless devices while in transit.
