PART I ITEM 2 -- PROPERTIES FACILITIES    As of December 31, 2000, we leased 21 facilities located within the United States and one facility in India. Our principal executive and corporate offices are located in Newport Beach, California. Our customer connectivity centers are located in Englewood, Colorado, and Naperville, Illinois. Our leases have expiration dates ranging from 2001 to 2009. We believe that our facilities are adequate for our current operations and that additional leased space can be obtained if needed.
