Integrating WD-40 and GHB supply chain and IT systems payoffs:
- We will meet or beat existing GHB product costs:
- Carpet Fresh:
- Powder still to be supplied by Malco.
- Aerosol products:
- Moved to WD-40 supply chain for lower costs.
- New packaging will dramatically lower costs.
- X-14: Reformulation and new packaging improves sales, lowers costs and maintains/improves performance.
- ATBC’s: Using new and/or multiple sources of supply to lower raw material and packaging costs.
- Due to above efforts, VML product costs will be reviewed May 1st, September 1st and January 1st, 2002. They will be reviewed annually thereafter.
