Nicor's Automatic Dividend Reinvestment and Stock
Purchase Plan provides for the reinvestment of dividends
and the opportunity to make optional cash payments
to purchase additional shares of Nicor common stock.
The plan is available to all registered shareholders and
provides a convenient way to acquire additional shares
without incurring commissions or service charges.
