Testing market will continue to expand
States must build out programs to meet NCLB’s requirements
- Standards, annual assessments, corrective actions, state report cards
Starting 2005-06 school year, students in grades 3-8 will be tested annually in math and reading
- $390 million from NCLB supplemented by state funding
