Rosenthal was elected to the Company's Board of Directors in 1985. Since May 1996, Rosenthal has been Of Counsel to the Los Angeles law firm of Blanc, Williams, Johnston & Kronstadt, L.L.P. From 1974 to April 1996, he was a senior partner at Buchalter, Nemer, Fields & Younger. He has served as an arbitrator and mediator in entertainment industry disputes and as the Negotiator (caps cq) for the Writers Guild -- Association of Talent Agents.

Rosenthal, 65, is a former member of the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences' Board of Governors, as well as a former president of the Beverly Hills Bar Association and Los Angeles Copyright Society.
