ABOUT

2001
was a significant year for AIPC as we opened a new window to growth
by becoming the second largest supplier of retail branded pasta in the
United States through two acquisitions. The branded pasta market segment
is the largest segment and we are well positioned to grow revenues and
profits by owning eight strong brands. AIPC is a leader in other segments
