1. Elevate Customer Service - Make customer service a key component of measurements, systems & rewards - Partner with customers to grow them a “Scotts lawn”2. Improve Operating processes within our current systems environment - Fully integrate / digest previous acquisitions - Standardize appropriate operating processes & policies across all markets3. Improve Direct Mail Marketing & test new improvement hypotheses - Expecting direct mail competition due to curtailment from “Do Not Call List”4. Tighten Acquisition Criteria - Greater focus on preparation and clearer accountability for integration success
