Triad has agreed to acquire the remaining 50% interest in its SouthCrest Hospital joint venture from its partner, Hillcrest Healthcare System
Triad will pay $44 million, Hillcrest’s investment in the project
SouthCrest is Triad’s newest hospital, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, with 116 all-private rooms, an ambulatory surgery center, and adjacent medical office building
Build-out of additional operating rooms will soon begin
Transaction is expected to close January 2001
