UPDATE
Sales commenced in October 2010 and first settlements were receieved in FY11. Land lots within the first two stages are now complete, and construction of Mirvac housing and the retail village are underway. Civil construction is currently taking place on Stage 3 with the first lots in this stage due to settle in April 2012. Earthworks on the balance of the site are continuing, with all works to be completed and ready for further development in mid 2012. Formal project launch is schedule for February 2012.
