During
the quarter ended December 31, 2005 the Company adopted SFAS No. 151, Inventory
Costs and recorded additional expenses to cost of sales of $415,000, research
and development expense of $83,000 and selling, general and administrative expense
of $37,000. During the year ended December 31, 2004
the Company accrued severance costs totaling approximately $663,000 related to
the termination of certain employees. | |
