Strengthening Our Board
We added two independent directors to our board in fiscal 2008: Terry Cunningham, former President and Chief Operating Officer of Veritas Software Company and current Chief Executive Officer of Coral8, and Lee Roberts, former Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of FileNet Corporation and currently employed by IBM. These well respected software industry veterans are a good complement to our strong board and are already proving quite valuable to us as QAD continues to identify additional opportunities to provide innovative, leading-edge solutions to our manufacturing customers around the world. We look forward to their ongoing collaboration.
