What can my community expect from this merger?

We are committed to maintaining a local presence with “go to” people who live in and are actively involved in the communities we serve. We will continue to support local economic development efforts — in many communities, we’re already a catalyst for those efforts. We will help provide energy assistance to our low-income customers through flexible billing and assistance programs. We pledge that our corporate foundation giving in support of community health, education and cultural enrichment will continue.
