When Kern County, CA fire fighters battle forest fires, they don specialized gear and join hundreds to preserve the woodlands. Satisfying their appetites is a huge undertaking. SYSCO customer Howard Sonnichsen, of OK's Cascade Company and SYSCO's Michael Shaughnessy agree that dedication makes it all run smoothly.
