Operations Excellence
Operations Excellence is always top of mind and we are committed to consistently driving improvements across our operations platforms including Hot & Fresh, Friendly & Fast and Clean & Safe. In North America, our U.S. “Value for the Money” rating hit a new BEST EVER score in June 2009 at 56 percent excellent, up three percentage points from the same period last year. One of our key Guest Loyalty measures, “Likelihood to Return,” finished the year at its BEST EVER of 57 percent excellent.
Operations Excellence Review results overseas are holding strong as well. EMEA and Latin America’s 4th quarter fiscal 2009 results were at an all time high of 84. Our top performing country was a tie between the United Arab Emirates and Turkey with scores of 88. And Mexico came in at a close third with a score of 86. |
