- As we pursue these new tactics to grow sales, we are also coordinating our brand and sales management under a single executive, Dennis Joyce, to better allocate resources and coordinate activities across all brands. Dennis’ previous role with MOND was as SVP of Woodbridge and he has a strong background in consumer product marketing from J&J. He has been an integral part of our consumer research effort.
- In addition to strengthening our sales effort, we are pursuing our second strategic initiative: to reduce cost structure. And as this flow chart also illustrates, part of this effort is to centralize control of all vineyard and production operations under SVP Pete Mattei.
