• A second area of cost savings are SG&A expenses, excluding our A&P spending.

• The major element of this initiative is an SG&A workforce reduction that represents approximately 10% of our total workforce. This reduction will generate more than $6 million in annual savings. And we will remain committed to maintaining a leaner operating structure going forward so that we have resources to spend on marketing programs.
