| David Goodnight has been vice president, Asia Pacific and Latin America since June 2001. He joined Lexmark in 1994 and has served as vice president and corporate controller, and chief financial officer for the former Network Printer Division. During the previous 15 years he held positions in finance with Lockheed-Martin and Unisys. Goodnight holds a bachelor's degree in psychology and a master's degree in business administration (finance) from the University of Texas. |
