| Paul J. Curlander Chairman and chief executive officer Paul Curlander has been chairman and chief executive officer since April 1999, after serving as president and chief executive officer since June 1998. In February 1997, he was named president and chief operating officer and was elected to the Lexmark board of directors. He previously served as executive vice president; vice president and general manager for Lexmark's printer business, and general manager for printers. Curlander spent 17 years with IBM in various product development and management positions and led the company's entry into the desktop laser printer business. Curlander holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from the University of Colorado and a master's degree and doctorate in electrical engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. |

| Najib Bahous Vice president; president, Consumer Printer Division Najib Bahous has been president of the Consumer Printer Division since March 2003. He previously served as vice president of Customer Services and in Lexmark's Europe, Middle East and Africa region as vice president and general manager, Customer Services, and vice president and general manager of the former Imaging Solutions Division. Bahous has been with Lexmark since the company's inception in 1991. He began is career as an accountant and later was finance manager with IBM. |

| Vinny Cole Vice president, general counsel and secretary Vinny Cole has been vice president, general counsel and secretary since July 1996. He came to Lexmark in 1991 and served as corporate counsel until February 1996, when he became assistant general counsel and secretary. Prior to joining Lexmark, he spent 10 years in private practice. Cole holds a bachelor's degree in political science and philosophy from Syracuse University and is a graduate of the Syracuse University College of Law. |

| David Goodnight Vice president, Asia Pacific and Latin America David Goodnight has been vice president, Asia Pacific and Latin America since June 2001. He joined Lexmark in 1994 and has served as vice president and corporate controller, and chief financial officer for the former Network Printer Division.
