2006 Preview

Thoughts for 2006

• Pro forma impact of restatement diminishes in 2006 and becomes immaterial in out years.

• Now believe it is unlikely that we will be reporting on a taxed basis until at least mid to late 2006. Still likely that we will release only a portion of the valuation allowance at that time.

• EBITDA margin and EBITDA per share are the profitability measures to watch.
