Automatic Dividend Reinvestment Plan
Caraustar offers an Automatic Dividend Reinvestment
and Cash Stock Purchase Plan (the Plan) for all common shareholders. The Plan provides a convenient method of acquiring additional shares of Caraustar common stock by reinvestment of dividends or by optional cash payments of a minimum of $50, but not more than $300,000 annually.

If you do not presently own Caraustar shares, you may enroll in the Plan by making an initial investment of at least $250, but not more than $300,000 annually.
