He is a partner in the law firm of Quarles & Brady LLP, Milwaukee, Wis., general counsel to Brady. He serves on the Finance Committee and the Corporate Governance Committee. Robert C. Buchanan Robert Buchanan has been a director of Brady since November 1987. He is president and chairman of the board of Fox Valley Corporation, a manufacturer of specialty papers in Appleton, Wis. He chairs the Corporate Governance Committee and serves on the Finance Committee. Roger Peirce Roger Peirce has served as a director of Brady since September 1988. He serves on the Compensation, Corporate Governance and Finance Committees. Richard A. Bemis Richard Bemis has been a director of the Company since January 1990. He is president and chief executive officer of Bemis Manufacturing Company, a manufacturer of molded plastic products in Sheboygan Falls, Wis. He serves on the Technology and Compensation Committees. Frank W. Harris Dr. Frank Harris has been a director of Brady since November 1991. He is a Distinguished Professor of Polymer Science and Biomedical Engineering and Director of the Maurice Morton Institute of Polymer Science at the University of Akron, Akron, Ohio. He chairs the Technology Committee and serves on the Audit Committee. Gary E. Nei Gary Nei has been a director of Brady since November 1992. He is chairman of Nei-Turner Media, a publishing company in Walworth, Wisconsin. He chairs both the Finance and Compensation Committees and serves on the Corporate Governance Committee. Mary K. Bush Mary K. Bush has served as a director of Brady since May 2000. She is president of Bush International, Washington, D.C., an international financial advisory firm. She serves on the Audit Committee. Frank R. Jarc Frank R. Jarc has served as a director of Brady since May 2000. He is a consultant specializing in corporate development and international acquisitions, and the former senior vice president - corporate development of Office Depot. He chairs the Audit Committee and serves on the Compensation Committee. Frank M. Jaehnert Frank M. Jaehnert has served as Brady's President, CEO and Board Member since April 1, 2003. Frank serves on the Finance Committee. Dr. Elizabeth Pungello Dr. Elizabeth Pungello is the great-granddaughter of Brady founder William H. Brady, and a developmental psychologist at the Frank Porter Graham Child Development Institute at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She has served as president of the W.H. Brady Foundation since January 2001 and has been a director of Brady since November 2003.
