NEW BEGINNINGS



Outback Steakhouse, Inc. established two restaurant partnerships in 2000 with proven winners: Roy Yamaguchi of Roy's, and Bill Allen and Paul Fleming of Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar. By partnering with already successful restauranteurs, Outback Steakhouse, Inc. entered into the upscale casual dining arena with concepts designed to meet consumers' developing tastes and life-styles.

Both concepts feature full flavors and superb service set in a highly energized atmosphere. Diners have embraced both Roy's and Fleming's. As we open more restaurants, we're confident our partners' talents, energies and experience will continue to help us grow.








ROY'S


Roy Yamaguchi's James Beard award-winning Euro-Asian cuisine, combined with his famous "aloha" style of service, made him a natural partner. Roy's is all about food; textures, colors, and bold flavors that appeal to all the senses. Like his menu, Roy's award-winning wine lists feature rare and unusual offerings. Many of these are produced and bottled exclusively for Roy's to compliment the restaurant's unique and exciting flavors.


FLEMING'S PRIME STEAKHOUSE & WINE BAR


VETERAN RESTAURANTEURS BILL ALLEN AND PAUL FLEMING CREATED THE NEXT GENERATION OF STEAKHOUSE THAT CELEBRATES THE BEST OF FOOD, WINE, AND FRIENDS, IN A STYLISH, CONTEMPORARY SETTING. PRIME CORN FED BEEF AND 100 QUALITY WINES BY THE GLASS ARE STARS ON THE MENU HERE. WITH THIS WINNING COMBINATION, WE LOOK FORWARD TO CONTINUED SUCCESS AS MORE FLEMING'S OPEN.

The Joy of Wine



Food and wine were born to be companions in a perfect dining experience. To that end, Fleming's offers a unique wine list that features boutique vintages from California, Oregon and Washington, augmented by selections from France, Italy, Australia and South Africa. Best of all, there are over 100 of these wines offered by the glass, served in the finest handblown glassware.

We are also developing two new restaurant concepts which began in 2000.
Zazarac features full flavored Southern Louisiana fare inspired by Chef Anne Kearney of New Orleans.
Lee Roy Selmon's, the result of our partnership with the former
Tampa Bay Buccaneer and NFL Hall of Famer, offers hearty, soul-stirring comfort food.
