Our equipment is used the world over by military and civilian agencies to save lives, complete missions, and transport cargo. Most helicopter manufacturers today, including AgustaWestland, Bell, Boeing, Eurocopter, MD Helicopters and Sikorsky specify Breeze-Eastern's systems as standard equipment on their aircraft because of Breeze-Eastern's record for performance, safety, reliability, durability, and service.

Innovation and new product development remain an important focus at Breeze-Eastern, one reason why its products will be found on the new V-22 Osprey tiltrotor vertical take-off and landing aircraft for the U.S. Marine Corps, the Sikorsky HH60L Blackhawk MEDEVAC helicopter for the U. S. Army, the EHI Cormorant Search and Rescue helicopter for the Canadian National Defense Forces and the Agusta AB139 civil helicopter. Breeze-Eastern also designs and manufacturers handling systems for weapons' platforms and motion control actuation systems for civilian and military aircraft.

Norco, Inc. is the global leader in the design and manufacture of mechanical components and systems such as hold open rods, quick connect/disconnect locking systems, helicopter blade restraint systems, latch assemblies, safety locks, and application-specific mechanical systems for the aerospace and defense markets. Its power transmission line of products, sold under the trade name FLENNOR, include miniature rollnuts, guided miniature rollnut assemblies, rollnuts, rollnut longspans, ball and diamond reversers and oscillators for the power transmission and medical diagnostic equipment markets.

Industrial Products Group

TransTechnology Engineered Rings (TTER), the world's leading manufacturer of retaining and snap rings, offers the widest product range for such parts as well as a limited line of washers and shims. These highly engineered parts are designed to meet both European and American standards in metric, imperial, and ANSI sizes. TTER products are available throughout the world under the well-known and respected brand names of Seeger®, Truarc®, Anderton® and Ellison®.

TTER retaining and snap rings are used in a variety of applications spanning consumer, industrial and military sectors, and ranging from miniscule camera shutters to heavy-duty industrial trucks. Primarily used for axial retention in a tube or on a shaft, retaining and snap rings perform critical functions in automobile transmission, drive-train, and braking systems as well as in computer hard drives, door locks, and propulsion systems for giant super-tankers.

With manufacturing facilities in the United States, England, Germany, and Brazil and sales offices in France and Spain, TTER is the world's only global manufacturer of retaining and snap rings. TTER manufacturing facilities are all certified to ISO-9000 and/or QS- 9000 quality standards, and several are certified to the ISO-14000 environmental standard.

TransTechnology Engineered Components (TTEC) produces over four billion fasteners per year and offers one of the most comprehensive product lines in the industry with over 10,000 metal and plastic fastener designs. The combination of TTEC's design and manufacturing expertise, embodied in its highly skilled sales engineering force and toolmakers, enables the Company to address the most difficult fastening challenges. For the past seventy-five years, TTEC's Tinnerman® and Palnut® products have been the engineer's assembly fastener of choice.

TTEC products include not only metal fasteners, but also plastic fasteners and headlight adjuster assemblies, which began as simple fastening devices and grew into a complex multi-piece device. TTEC's skilled workforce of toolmakers, machine operators, and support staff at its four US and Canadian manufacturing facilities team up with its sales engineering force operating out of Southfield, Michigan, Surrey, England, and Krefield, Germany, to provide customers with unequalled service and support. Aerospace Rivet Manufacturers Corporation (ARM) manufactures cold headed solid, semi-tubular and coated rivets, threaded bolts and screws, collars, engine studs and specialty engineered fasteners for the aerospace industry.

ARM is licensed by Boeing to produce the patented Hi Kote™ coated rivet which eliminates the need for wet sealant installation. The use of this rivet has saved millions of dollars in the production of the C-17 aircraft and is now approved for use on other military aircraft. ARM has recently received approval for use of the coated rivet for specific commercial aircraft application.

ARM is approved on the Boeing D1-9000 specification and is certified to ISO-9001.
