Mr. Prosak currently heads his own consulting firm that specializes in improving shareholder value for businesses and personal wealth for private individuals.Prior to starting a consulting business, Mr. Prosak was Director of Investor Relations at Fannie Mae for over nine years. His experience includes evaluating, recommending, and implementing strategies for improving shareholder value. Mr. Prosak also worked in the information technology industry as a project manager for American Management Systems for over six years, leading full life-cycle information technology solutions for public sector clients. Mr. Prosak served as the chapter's Treasurer for two years and has been a NIRI member for over 12 years.
