Jack Peckham is the Executive Director of The Real Estate Cyber Society and President The Peckham Boston Advisory Company, Boston, Massachusetts. He is the author of several books on marketing published by Prentice Hall and Harcourt Brace Jovanovich. A columnist for the Boston Herald for nine years, his syndicated columns have appeared in over 100 papers nationwide, A skilled speaker and trainer, he has worked with business groups in 44 states and several foreign countries. he served as Chairman of the Strategic Planning Committee of the 700,000 member National Association of Realtors(NAR).

Using techniques from his 33 years of experience in commercial real estate and from his "Master Guide to Income Property Brokerage" (Prentice Hall, 14 printings), Jack has been involved directly in the sale of over a BILLION dollars in Commercial /Investment properties.

His technological innovation emerged as founder of the first commercial real estate firm to use computers to match investors with investments. He served as Chairman of the NAR Commercial Investment Technology Committee and Chairman of the NAR MIS Committee and on the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute's Technology Task Force. He also served on the Commercial Investment Advisory Board to the Realtors Information Network (RIN).

His syndicated column "Selling in Cyberspace" appears in several publications including the New England Real Estate Journal and the Florida Real Estate Journal. In addition his "Tech Links" appears regularly in the Commercial Investment Real Estate Journal.

Jack is the Co- Founder and serves as Executive Director of the Real Estate Cyberspace Society. He is a Past President of the Massachusetts Association of Realtors and has been honored as it's Realtor of the Year.
