The presentation slides are not
flipping.
If you've joined a webcast after
it has started, the slides may
be out of sync until the next
"slide flip" is conducted.
My question isn't showing up in
the Q&A frame.
After you submit a question, it
is transferred to a moderator
who screens all the questions.
The moderator then selects questions
to answer and posts responses.
Once the response has been posted,
it takes about 30 seconds before
the Q&A frame on your interface
refreshes with the newly posted
answer.
