  2. When I attempt to view the webcast my browser locks up.
  3. When I attempt to view the webcast my computer locks up.

I can't hear the audio.

1. Check to see that your speakers are:
  • connected to the correct port on the back of your computer
  • plugged into a power outlet
  • turned on and turned up to a typically audible level

2. Adjust your system volume settings.

  • Click Start ->Settings ->Control Panel.
  • Select Multimedia
  • From the audio tab, select the audio icon and turn up the volume. Verify that the
Mute boxes are not checked. If the playback audio area is inaccessible it is
likely that your system is not configured for sound.

3. Turn up the volume on the media player.

  • Open your media player from your Start menu.
  • Look for the speaker icon and adjust the volume using the slide bar adjacent to the icon.

The presentation slides are not flipping.
If you've joined a webcast after it has started, the slides may be out of sync until the next "slide flip" is conducted.
My question isn't showing up in the Q&A frame.
After you submit a question, it is transferred to a moderator who screens all the questions. The moderator then
selects questions to answer and posts responses. Once the response has been posted, it takes about 30
seconds before the Q&A frame on your interface refreshes with the newly posted answer.
