Across Marriott International, we are continually innovating our brands

Renaissance hotels around the world are being discovered for their unique style and design after a three-year $2 billion makeover by our owners and franchisees. And more than 100 Courtyard hotels feature a new lobby design, shown above at the Courtyard Chevy Chase in Maryland, which has been certified LEED® (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Gold by the U.S. Green Building Council.  >
