US Appeals Court Upholds FERC Ruling On Jurisdictional Test For Offshore Pipelines
The US Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit issued a 2-1 decision on August 6 in the “Sea Robin” case (ExxonMobil Gas Marketing v. FERC, 00-1355).
