North America

North America’s Information Services provide value-added information solutions that help customers grow their businesses, increase profitability, manage risk and reduce costs throughout their customer relationships. Services include consumer credit information, commercial credit reporting, fraud detection, identity verification, portfolio management, risk assessment, decisioning, modeling, analytics, locate services, and debt recovery, plus industry-specific proprietary database and bankruptcy solutions.

Europe

Equifax operates in the United Kingdom, the Republic of Ireland, Spain, Portugal and Italy. The European product portfolio includes consumer and commercial credit reporting, modeling and analytical services, decisioning, fraud detection, identity verification, portfolio management, locate services, debt recovery, real estate information services and marketing services, which encompasses credit marketing and direct marketing. In addition, our Consumer Direct services were introduced in the United Kingdom in 2003.

Latin America

In Latin America, Equifax provides consumer and commercial credit reporting, modeling, analytical services, decisioning, application processing, fraud detection, identity verification, portfolio analysis and management, and locate and debt recovery services to our customers. Equifax is the market leader in the region, with business units in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, El Salvador, Peru and Uruguay.

Consumer Direct

Equifax Consumer Direct provides individuals access to their personal credit information in order to enlighten, enable and empower them to better understand, manage and protect their credit information for good financial health. Products target more than 220 million individuals who have credit histories in the
United States.

Equifax Marketing Services

Equifax Marketing Services offers targeted, multichannel direct marketing solutions in the United States. Our services enable companies to acquire, retain, manage and grow customer bases. We have the country’s largest database of online and offline direct marketing information, including financial, demographic and lifestyle information. Products include postal and email addresses, database services, credit prescreening, customer modeling and analytics, product registration programs and lead development.
