Office Depot stores stock more than 8,000 top-quality, brand name items, ranging from basic office supplies and furniture to business machines, computer products and accessories. Each merchandise category that we offer reflects the industry’s leading name brands, enabling our customers to select the highest quality items at the best values. To ensure that our product offerings remain the most attractive in the industry, our experienced team of purchasing managers continually reviews and evaluates new products from thousands of suppliers to cull the best products and values.

We complement our broad product line with a range of convenient services. For example, customers can place their orders, even special orders, over our Internet site. In addition, each Office Depot superstore houses a multi-purpose copy and print center offering our customers access to a full array of sophisticated printing, reproduction, mailing and shipping services. We also offer several products in a configure-to-order format, allowing our customers to tailor products to their specific needs or requirements. Office Depot also understands the importance of convenience, providing customers with convenient shopping hours seven days and six nights a week.

In 1999, Office Depot enjoyed record growth, adding 123 new office supply superstores. This expansion included our initial entry into two new major markets, Manhattan and Boston.
