Mr. Wong began his career in the oil industry working for Esso and Ralph M Parsons in London and the Middle East from 1968 to 1973. He founded a number of engineering and construction companies in the mid 1970s and from 1983 he diversified into other fields of business such as food manufacturing, retai l ing, airl ine, education and information technology. Mr. Wong was responsible for the success of household products such as Gardenia Bread, Bonjour Bread, the Shop N Save supermarket chain as well as being instrumental in the start-up and subsequent privatisation of Myanmar Airways International. Mr. Wong is also credited with the success of companies listed on the SGX-ST such as Sunshine Allied Investments Ltd and QAF Limited. Mr. Wong was also the Group Chief Executive Officer of EasyCall International Limited, a company listed on the SGX-ST as well as the Australian Stock Exchange, which started and operated the first independent English university successfully in Tianjin, China.

He was awarded the Best Chief Executive Officer of the Year 2008 Award (market capitalisation of S$300 million to less than S$1.0 billion) at the Singapore Corporate Awards.

Mr. Jen is a Public Accountant, Singapore, and is the sole proprietor of Jen Shek Voon PAS, a public accounting firm that provides specialised financial and business advisory services, and a Fellow of the Singapore Institute of Directors.

Mr. Jen currently sits on the board of directors of a number of publicly-listed companies in Singapore, Malaysia and the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region as an independent and non-executive director.

Mr. Jen is a practicing member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants Singapore, the British Computer Society, and the Institute of Internal Auditors. He is also a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia, the Taxation Institute of Australia and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in the United Kingdom.

Mr. Jen graduated from the University of Singapore in 1970 with a Bachelor of Accountancy (Honours) degree and received a Masters of Commerce (Honours) degree from the University of New South Wales, Sydney, Australia in 1975.

Mr. Horney is Chairman of Real Estate Opportunities plc which is listed on the London Stock Exchange. He is also a Chairman of Nordic Land plc which is listed on the London’s AIM. He is Vice-Chairman of Sandyport Development Co. Limited, a private property company in Nassau, Bahamas, and holds directorships in Havenview Investments Limited and Castle Market Holdings Limited.

Mr. Horney founded and was Chairman and Managing Director of Rayford Supreme Holdings plc, a UK retail group listed on the London Stock Exchange in 1983, which was acquired in an agreed takeover by Harris Queensway plc in 1985. Mr. Horney was also Chairman of Rayford Holdings Ltd., a development and investment group based in England which was sold in 1994. In 1989, he became Chairman of St James Beach Hotels, a group of three hotels in Barbados, which was listed on the London Stock Exchange and Barbados Stock Exchange in 1994. Mr. Horney then took on the added responsibility of Managing Director in 1995. The group was then purchased by Elegant Hotels in an agreed takeover in 1997.
