Existing Property Portfolio

Treasury Building

Set along the western edge of Shanghai’s historic French concession area, adjacent to Hua Shan Park, the Line 10 metro, and with convenient access to the Yan’an Elevated Expressway, the Treasury Building is a 12-storey international Grade A office building with 3-level basement. It is currently occupied by several multinational corporate and regional headquarter offices, including SPX, and Treasury Holdings, with retail tenants Bank of Beijing and Starbucks occupying the ground floor podium. Treasury Building comprises some 20,000 sqm of GFA.

Beijing Logistics Park

Located immediately adjacent to Beijing International Airport, Beijing Logistics Park comprises a 91,000 sqm site zoned for logistics development. Consisting of five separate warehouse buildings, the development will accommodate 75,000 sqm of international standard logistics warehousing of single and double storey configuration, including approximately 7,000 sqm of ancillary office space and common area facilities and services. The property provides geographic and asset-type diversification to the portfolio.
