MANAGEMENT TEAM OF THE TRUSTEE-MANAGER AND PROPERTY MANAGER

Concord Venture Capital’s operations in the US where he was responsible for all of the fund’s operations in the US, including identifying new investments, and overseeing and managing the fund’s existing investment interest in over 20 portfolio companies. Richard was Co-Head of Overseas Investment and Director of Legal Affairs at Asia Pulp & Paper Company from 1996 to 2000. Mr. Ding began his legal career as an associate at Winthrop, Stimson, Putnam and Roberts where he served in their New York and Hong Kong offices from 1992 to 1996.

Mr. Ding graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science. Mr. Ding holds a Juris Doctor degree from Columbia University’s School of Law and a Masters degree in Business Administration from National Chengchi University. Mr. Ding was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1993.

MR. JERRY LEE

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Jerry Lee is responsible for the Group’s accounting, finance, treasury, tax and investor relations and statutory reporting and compliance.

Before joining Treasury China Trust, Mr. Lee was the CFO of Guocoland Ltd, a major Singapore-listed property company for 12 years. Mr. Lee has more than 28 years of broad-based experience in accounting, tax, corporate finance, corporate banking, treasury and business development, of which 10 years were spent working in Sydney. Mr. Lee had worked in a diverse range of industries ranging from telecommunications, banking, newspaper and magazine publication, insurance, property investment and development. Some of the companies Mr. Lee was associated with include International Bank of Singapore, Bank of Boston, Citibank (Sydney), Credit Commercial de France (Sydney), Philip Singapore,

Singapore Telecom (Singapore), Stirling Properties and Entity Group (Sydney), Fairfax Holdings (Sydney) and Guocoland Group (Singapore).

Mr. Lee graduated from the University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Accountancy degree and also holds a MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management, University of New South Wales, a Master of Applied Finance from Macquarie University as well as a Graduate Diploma in Securities from the Securities Institute of Australia.

Mr. Lee is a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia.

MS. WENDY YAO WEI

Chief Investment Officer

Ms. Wendy Yao Wei is responsible for identifying, researching, evaluating and executing acquisitions and development opportunities and related investments in China with a view to enhancing TCT’s portfolio.

Ms. Yao has 18 years of experience working in the real estate industry in London, Hong Kong and Shanghai. Before joining Treasury Holdings, she was with Citigroup Property Investors as China Chief Representative and Chief Investment Officer, responsible for establishing the China representative office, identifying and presenting the investment opportunities to the investment committee and executing the approved investment and asset management of the China portfolio.

Ms. Yao has established a strong network within the Chinese real estate market. She founded and served as the first president of the Chinese Returnee’s Business Club with its members comprising overseas-educated Chinese students who returned to reside and work in China. This body has risen in importance in providing business and political advice to the Chinese government. In 2003, Ms. Yao

was elected as one of the two members representing Shanghai’s non-government sector at China’s National Women’s Congress for a term of five years.

Ms. Yao has an MA in property valuation and Law from the City University Business School in London and is also a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors Assessor in China. She is also an Executive Director of China Commercial Real Estate Associate (CCRA), which has a partnership with Tsinghua University to provide property related training and education to senior executives in the real estate sector.
