MR. JOE MAGRATH

Director of Design & Project Development

Based in Shanghai, Mr. Magrath spearheads the Group’s design and construction of new-build developments and refurbishment schemes in China.

Mr. Magrath has lived and worked in Greater China for more than 13 years. Prior to joining the Treasury Holdings Group in 2007, Mr. Magrath was a Principal Consultant with the Atkins Global Design Consultancy Group in Beijing, where he was responsible for overall management of their Planning and Urban Design Consultancy Division. Mr. Magrath also has 11 years of experience in private and public sector design and project management consultancy experience garnered from planning, development and urban design projects in Hong Kong and across China.

Mr. Magrath graduated in 1995 from the University of Waterloo in Canada with a first class Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies. He is an international member of the Canadian

Institute of Planners and is a registered member of the American Planning Association.

MS. YAN CHEN

Director, Asset Management

Ms. Yan Chen was formerly Vice President of Portfolio Management for Asia Pacific Land, overseeing their portfolio of two commercial office assets in Shanghai and one retail asset in Shenyang.

Ms. Chen has enjoyed a career in real estate of over 10 years and is experienced in developing asset business plans and investment strategies that manage individual assets to serve long-term portfolio management goals. She has held various positions in fund management, direct real estate management and project management. Prior to joining Treasury Holdings and Asia Pacific Land, she was a director of Morgan Stanley Properties China from 2003 to 2008, managing over 50 assets across China, with deep focus on financial & investment management of assets, including financing, restructuring, profit and loss, cash flow, and investment returns.

Ms. Chen graduated from Tsinghua University in 1998 with a Bachelor of Architecture degree. Ms. Chen also holds a Masters degree of Science in Real Estate Development and Finance, and City Planning awarded by the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2002.

MS. ECHO ZHANG

Director, Commercial Leasing

Ms. Echo Zhang is responsible for marketing and leasing of the office portfolio of TCT. She has more than 12 years experience in real estate industry and specialises in marketing and leasing of large scale office properties. Prior to joining Treasury Holdings in 2008, Ms. Zhang was with CB Richard Ellis as Associate Director. She has previously worked for Jones Lang LaSalle and Regus, a serviced office provider in Shanghai.
