of real estate investment including acquisitions,
development, asset and portfolio management, fund
creation and management in Asia-Pacific markets.
After working for eight years in London and over
seventeen in Sydney, Mr. Sugden first moved to Asia
in 2002 with Macquarie Group where he spent the
following five years undertaking leadership roles
which assisted the expansion and raising of the
Group’s brand profile in Asian Real Estate markets
as a manager and investor.
In his most recent role as Head of Asian Funds
Management for AMP Capital Investors, Mr. Sugden
was responsible for Asian real estate fund
management operations and business development
for Australia’s AMP Capital Investors. This role
included responsibility for strategy, analysis of
significant divestment and investment opportunities,
recapitalization projects and the creation and
management of property investment funds across
the Asian region, both in listed and unlisted funds.
Mr. Sugden was a Non Independent Non-Executive
Director of the SGX listed REIT, AIMS AMP Capital
Industrial Trust until January 2012.
Mr. Sugden was a founding member representative
and Executive Committee member of APREA (“Asia
Pacific Real Estate Association”) and held the
position of Vice President from 2005 to 2011. He is

Manager, and comprises seven directors all
of whom have prior experience as a director
of a public listed company (whether in
Singapore or overseas). As detailed in the
following biographies, the Board has a range
of commercial experience, including expertise
in fund management and the property
industry.

Appointed as a director on 18 May 2012 and as Chairman on
15 October 2012
Mr. Sugden is the Chairman and Lead Independent
Director of the Board. A Permanent Resident of
Singapore, Mr. Sugden has over 35 years experience
in commercial real estate investment markets in
Europe, Australia and Asia, including eleven years
based in Korea, Malaysia and Singapore. Graham
has been involved in the creation, listing and/or
management of five listed REITS across Asia Pacific,
including IPOs, placement and rights issues.
Having worked in various senior roles over his career,
he has gained considerable knowledge in all facets
