Mr. Chung is the managing
director of the Nan Fung group
of companies (the “NF Group”),
the owner of the Trustee-Manager
and substantial unitholder of
Forterra Trust. At the NF Group,
he is responsible for the Finance
and Investment Division, covering
the accounting, finance and
investment functions of the NF
Group.
Mr. Chung brings with him
extensive experience in the
property, banking and investment
markets having spent 30 years
in these industries in Canada
and Hongkong. He joined the NF
Group in 2001 and has held several
key positions over the years. He
was the executive director of
Nan Fung Development Limited
(“NFD”) up to July 2012. He also
served as general manager of
Nan Fung Textiles Consolidated
Limited (now known as “Nan Fung
Property Consolidated Limited”)
(2009), while he was the deputy
general manager of NFD. He
was the Finance Director of NFD
(September 2009 to July 2011),
before he assumed his current
position as the managing director
in August 2011.
He currently serves as non-
executive director of the board of
the companies within the Forterra
Trust group and as executive
